The Office Specialist I is a non-exempt position that performs various office administration functions, including scheduling hearings and trials, preparing legal correspondence, and gathering data for statistical case management reports.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D
  • Three (3) years of clerical/administrative assistant experience
  • Proficient use of Zoom, MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Knowledge of legal terminology, laws, rules, and regulations governing the courts
  • Roles and responsibilities of the judicial system
