Job Description
The Office Specialist I is a non-exempt position that performs various office administration functions, including scheduling hearings and trials, preparing legal correspondence, and gathering data for statistical case management reports.
Requirements
High School Diploma or G.E.D
Three (3) years of clerical/administrative assistant experience
Proficient use of Zoom, MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
Knowledge of legal terminology, laws, rules, and regulations governing the courts
Roles and responsibilities of the judicial system
