Role OverviewUnder limited supervision, performs work involving the application of technical expertise and independent judgment to the preparation of specialized departmental documents, the use of computerized information systems, public service contact, and administrative support.
What You Will Do
Collects, evaluates, screens, relays, and responds to a broad range of requests for information from the public and other staff; processes and verifies complex information and calculations on forms, documents, and requisitions; inputs, retrieves, and modifies information and data stored in computerized systems.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Three years of office clerical experience
- Ability to effectively involve department staff in the application of quality measurement and improvement tools
- Skilled in fostering a positive workplace culture and building inclusive workplace teams
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems and provide instruction on complex processes
- Effective use of all Windows-based applications such as Word, Excel and Power Point
- Ability to appropriately prioritize and carry-out work
