Job Description
The Office Supervisor is responsible for delivering warm and welcoming experiences for every guest and client. The role involves performing administrative tasks, supporting integration and training of new employees, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to read, count, and write accurately, and experience in cash handling and administrative support.

  • Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation and daily paperwork
  • Exceptional problem solving/decision making skills combined with the ability to be organized
  • Demonstrates financial management, analytical, planning, and support skills
  • Thrive in a team environment while having the ability to work independently and demonstrated flexibility in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer knowledge and skill level for intermediate office functions inclusive of cash management system online, POS systems, and excel
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and to move and handle boxes (10-35lbs) as necessary to operation
  • Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends and holidays, as needed
  • Previous Experience: Two-three years cash handling experience. Two years administrative experience preferred. One year of supervising/management experience.
