Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Offshore Crewing Coordinator to join our team in Houston, TX. This shore-based role offers a hybrid schedule and is responsible for coordinating the mobilization and demobilization of offshore personnel, managing travel logistics, and executing all offshore personnel logistics activities for assigned vessels and worksites.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in offshore crewing, personnel logistics, HR coordination/administration, or similar operations support roles
  • Prior experience in offshore oil & gas operations with exposure to domestic/international mobilization processes, including visas, work permits, and travel documentation (preferred)
  • Working knowledge of offshore competencies, training matrices, and certification requirements, including medicals and regulatory compliance
  • Demonstrated ability to manage travel logistics, including booking through third-party travel agencies, organizing itineraries, and ensuring compliance with documentation and scheduling needs
  • Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational capabilities with the ability to manage high-volume crew movements and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Solid administrative background, including experience maintaining personnel records, managing data accuracy, and supporting payroll- or tax-related crew tracking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with offshore personnel, third-party agencies, and internal stakeholders
  • Proven team player with a flexible, positive, and service-oriented attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, travel or crewing databases, and other logistics/HR systems
  • Ability to work extended hours, on-call rotations, holidays, and weekends as needed to support vessel operations and emergent mobilization demands
