Job Description
Lewis Planned Communities is seeking an experienced Offsite Construction Superintendent to oversee the development of master-planned residential, industrial, multifamily, and retail projects in the Inland Empire of Southern California. This role involves quality control, subcontractor coordination, on-site inspection, and project management. The position reports to the VP of Land Development Operations and is integral to the successful completion of the projects.

Requirements

  • Meet with subcontractors' field superintendents daily.
  • Inspect and enforce adherence to project grading and utility details.
  • Report deviations to project managers and VP of Land Development Operations.
  • Monitor city and public agency inspections.
  • Manage construction site and multiple subcontractors' work.
  • Manage construction schedule.
  • Coordinate site surveys and soil inspections.
  • Conduct weekly field construction meetings.
  • Manage construction schedule and coordinates with field and installation crews.
