Role OverviewAs a OIC Trainer, you will lead training and onboarding for new and existing teammates on patient access workflows, systems, processes, and role-specific responsibilities. You will assess training needs, develop training programs, and evaluate training effectiveness.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading training sessions, developing training materials, and evaluating training effectiveness. You will also serve as a liaison across departments to identify process improvement opportunities and promote standardization.

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required
- 2-4 years of experience in healthcare operations, patient access, or outpatient imaging preferred
- Experience with scheduling, eligibility, and prior authorization strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide on-on-one and group training
