Job Description
Role Overview

As a OIC Trainer, you will lead training and onboarding for new and existing teammates on patient access workflows, systems, processes, and role-specific responsibilities. You will assess training needs, develop training programs, and evaluate training effectiveness.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading training sessions, developing training materials, and evaluating training effectiveness. You will also serve as a liaison across departments to identify process improvement opportunities and promote standardization.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We are looking for a candidate with strong communication skills and the ability to provide one-on-one and group training. Previous experience in training, onboarding, coaching, or supporting teammate development is preferred.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 2-4 years of experience in healthcare operations, patient access, or outpatient imaging preferred
  • Experience with scheduling, eligibility, and prior authorization strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to provide on-on-one and group training
