Job Description
Role Overview

As the OluKai Retail Associate, your responsibility is to welcome customers into the store and deliver a remarkable brand experience. You will be the first point of contact for guests of the OluKai store.

What You Will Do

Engage with new customers, build rapport, and meet sales goals. Provide excellent customer service, maintain visual standards, and store cleanliness. Participate in local events and giveback programs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service
  • Must be available for a minimum of at least three (4-8hrs) shifts a week
  • Must be available for holidays and weekends as necessary
  • Must be 17yrs or older
  • GED or high school diploma preferred and/or in action
  • Ability to lift, carry or otherwise move objects weighing up to 30lbs
