Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage store financial plans
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals, KPIs, and profitability metrics
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate customer profiles, sales trends, and competitor data
  • Experience managing inventory flow and restocking processes
  • Ability to coach and develop a team of product storytellers
  • Experience in hiring, onboarding, and developing retail staff
  • Self-motivated with strong entrepreneurial drive
