Role OverviewAs an Omni Experience Ambassador at BJ's Wholesale Club, you will be responsible for performing general warehouse activities, including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area, and operating equipment. You will work within all digital initiatives, including BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include processing member purchases, communicating problems with inventory and/or equipment, and ensuring all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity requirements.
