Job Description
The Omnichannel Operations Analyst II is responsible for analyzing operational data, identifying process improvements, and supporting the optimization of omnichannel operations. The role requires a strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude, excellent communication skills, and experience with SQL, Excel, and Google Suite.

Requirements

  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and patterns
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics and reports
  • Support process improvement projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
  • Provide analytical support to management
  • Provide training and guidance to Level 1 analysts
  • Advanced troubleshooting of system issues
  • Automate the execution of stored procedures by designing more automation solutions and optimizing existing scripts for efficiency
