What You Will Do

Provide professional food and beverage service for banquet events, set tables, serve plated meals and buffets, maintain tables, and assist with event setup and breakdown.

Requirements

  • Previous banquet, restaurant, catering, hotel, food and beverage, or guest service experience
  • Strong guest service skills and a professional hospitality presence
  • Ability to work on an on-call basis
  • Flexible availability required
  • Ability to read and follow banquet event orders and service instructions
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to stay organized, calm, and service-focused during high-volume events
  • Food handler certification or ability to obtain required certification
  • Responsible alcohol service certification or ability to obtain required certification
