On-Call Banquet Server

Hyatt Regency Bellevue on Seattle's Eastside is seeking an On-Call Banquet Server to join the Event Services team. This role involves working closely with Event Planning and Event Setup teams, as well as meeting planners and clients, to bring event visions to life. The position is on-call and based at the hotel.

What You Will Do

The Banquet Server is responsible for food and drink service at hotel banquet functions, ensuring function space is visually appealing and presenting the menu offering. Duties include linen and table setting, food station design, beverage service, general banquet preparation, room refreshes, and maintaining a sanitary environment.
