What You Will Do
Assess and address resident needs, develop personalized care plans, provide guidance and supervision to CNAs and other care staff, and uphold the highest standards of nursing care.

Requirements
- LPN License: Must hold a valid and active LPN license in Oregon.
- Availability to work 1-2 shifts per week and 2 weekend shifts per month (Required)
- Resident Care: Ability to assess and address resident needs while developing personalized care plans.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and supervision to CNAs and other care staff, ensuring the highest level of care delivery.
- Passion for Care: A genuine desire to improve the lives of others and uphold the highest standards of nursing care.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with state and federal regulations governing nursing care.
