The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and addressing resident needs, developing personalized care plans, and providing guidance and supervision to CNAs and other care staff.

Requirements
- LPN License: Must hold a valid and active LPN license in Oregon.
- Availability to work 1-2 shifts per week, 2 weekend shifts per month.
