Role Overview

Join our Events Team as an On-Call Meeting Concierge to support our multi-property cluster. The Meeting Concierge is the liaison between Event Sales and/or Event Planning Manager and the on-site meeting contact.

What You Will Do

Handle and address special needs or requests, require detailed knowledge of hotel meeting facilities, group dynamics, and event details.

Requirements

  • Hospitality, Event, and/or Banquets/Setup experience preferred
  • Must be available to work a varying schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Desire to create exceptional experiences for meeting planners and their guests
  • Detail Oriented
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong and professional communication skills
