Job Description
The Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist provides direct community support and case management services to assigned members served using Psychiatric Rehabilitation principles, Recovery Philosophy, and Evidence-Based practices. The position provides education and support to members served and their families, coordinates service needs, and collaborates with other services and agencies.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Human Services or Social Services
  • Two years of experience providing direct services in Mental Health
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Human Services or Social Services and four years of experience providing direct services in Mental Health
  • An Associate's Degree and six years of experience providing direct services in Mental Health
