Role OverviewThe On-Call Permanency Supervisor provides support and leadership to the on-call unit after normal business hours – nights and weekends. They will perform highly complex consultative services, technical assistance, and supervisory work. This role is fast-paced and high energy.

Maintain high ethical standards, lead and manage staff, develop goals for the unit, establish a respectful relationship with persons served, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree within social services is preferred
- 2 years of experience working as a Permanency Specialist, or equivalent
- Knowledge of unit planning and implementation
- Knowledge of ACH/OCOK policies, procedures, and requirements
- Knowledge of laws and regulations related to child care, abuse, and neglect
- Skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
- Skills in effective verbal and written communication
- Ability to articulate an understanding of the intersection between race and poverty
- Ability to gather, assemble, correlate, and analyze facts
- Ability to prepare clear and concise reports
- Ability to develop and analyze special projects
- Ability to supervise the work of others
