Job Description
The Resident Coordinator monitors the activities of residents in the shelter, maintains security and safety, and provides para-professional counseling services to assist in transitioning from homelessness to independent living.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalency
Two years of experience working with homeless populations
Knowledge of housekeeping equipment and household cleaners
Ability to operate general office equipment including computers
Knowledge and understanding of confidentiality requirements in the workplace
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and work harmoniously with clients and staff
Current CPR and first aid certification
Acceptable criminal history records
