Role OverviewThe On-Call Retail Sales Associate provides flexible retail support at various locations, including the Leadership Center, camps, and offsite GSWCF service area. This position processes merchandise sales, provides excellent customer service, supports inventory and merchandising, and may independently open and close camp trading posts or pop-up locations after completing required training.
What You Will Do
Open, operate, and close the Leadership Center store, camp trading posts, and mobile or pop-up retail locations according to established procedures. Process cash and credit card sales using the point-of-sale system and accurately issue receipts, refunds, credits, or exchanges.

Requirements
- Retail, customer service, sales, or cash-handling experience preferred.
- Dependable, prompt, trustworthy, and able to work independently.

- Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, and proof of automobile insurance.
- Knowledge of Girl Scout uniforms, insignia, and programming is preferred but not required.
