Role OverviewAs a Registered Nurse On-Call, you'll be a trusted presence during evenings, nights, and weekends within our 24/7 care model. You'll respond to urgent needs, complete admissions after hours, and provide clinical expertise paired with genuine compassion. Our 7 on / 7 off overnight schedule allows you to create meaningful work-life balance while delivering care that truly matters.
What You Will Do
You'll respond to triage calls and provide after-hours nursing visits for symptom management, admissions, and care plan updates. You'll develop and adjust individualized care plans based on evolving needs, administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation of care, outcomes, and communication.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associates, Bachelors, or Masters)
- 1+ years of recent acute care experience required; hospice or home care experience preferred
- Current RN license in state of practice and CPR certification
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance
