Role OverviewWe're looking for friendly, reliable, and hardworking On-Call Studio Associates to join our team. This is a hands-on role that supports both front-of-house guest experiences and back-of-house studio operations.
What You Will Do
As an On-Call Studio Associate, you will welcome guests, provide exceptional customer service, assist with pottery painting techniques, and support studio processes. You will also learn and assist with glazing customer pottery, support kiln loading and unloading procedures, and maintain a clean and organized studio environment.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, food service, or a similar fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
