Role OverviewThe On-Road Driver Supervisor is responsible for supervising and training drivers, ensuring deliveries are made safely and efficiently, and coordinating with the Transportation/Operations Manager to administer transportation and delivery functions.
What You Will Do
The supervisor will be responsible for staffing, training, coaching, performance management, and problem resolution, as well as ensuring deliveries and pickups are made in a timely manner.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role
- Valid CDL license
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
