Job Description
We are seeking an On-Site Adventure Guide to lead guests on various onsite adventures and ensure their safety. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, knowledge of fly fishing and biking, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Guide guests on a variety of different onsite adventures
  • Ensure the safety of guests and team members during adventures
  • Responsible for the cleanliness of the facility
  • Engage with guests and ensure they are aware of the adventures offered
  • Responds to internal and external inquiries and complaints and maintains favorable guest and employee relations
  • On-going communication with all departments and ensures all staff members are informed of updates, changes and/or problematic situation
