Role OverviewPacific Office Automation is seeking a On-Site Customer Tech Support to join our Remote MFP Support team. The role involves troubleshooting and diagnosing network connectivity issues with multi-functional devices such as copiers and scanners. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
What You Will Do
Use software to remotely access client computers, communicate with customers via phone and email, and work closely with sales representatives and field technicians to resolve network related problems.

Requirements
- 0-2 Years of experience working with TCP-IP Networking
