Role OverviewWe are seeking an Entry-Level Field Network Technician to join our service team in the Portland, OR area. This is a field position with a possible territory near you, as we service all of Portland and surrounding areas. Pacific Office Automation is the largest independently-owned document imaging and technology dealers in the nation.
What You Will Do
Provide on-site technical support for customers, troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, and communicate with customers and vendors.

Requirements
- Knowledge of network connectivity, network security, and Wi-Fi networks
- Good understanding of Windows environment and common operating systems
- Ability to work with a variety of customers and vendors
- Ability to communicate with customers to gather more information
- Aggressive problem solver
- Ability to travel locally to different clients
- Ability to communicate through phone, email, and written documentation
- Valid Driver's license and clean driving record. Must be 21 or older
