Role Overview

The On-Site Performance Manager will act as a liaison between client and Morales Group, Inc. (MGI), streamlining the Human Resource (HR) process and striving to achieve mutual objectives of quality and continuous improvements.

Maintain good client relations, conduct onsite check-ins, manage employees, track performance metrics, and oversee daily account activity.

Requirements

  • Experience in management is helpful but not required
  • Knowledge of other languages is helpful but not required
