Role OverviewThe On-Site Property Manager will oversee all aspects of community operations, manage and coordinate team members, and ensure the property's profitability and compliance with applicable regulations.

Manage day-to-day operations, hire and train staff, conduct home inspections, enforce architectural guidelines, and monitor financial performance.

Requirements
- High School or GED equivalent
- 2 Years of on-site management including supervisory responsibility
- Residential/multi-family property management experience
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Yardi software experience preferred
- CPO certification
- Manufactured Home Sales license (property dependent)
