Job Description
On-Site Reservation Agent at Sage Lodge. Respond to inquiries, assist guests with reservations, and use sales techniques to increase occupancy and revenue. The ideal candidate is a multitasking whiz with strong verbal and written communication skills, and a valid driver's license. Experience in customer service, PBX/Multi-line phone, and hospitality is preferred.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Previous PBX/Multi-line phone experience in hospitality strongly preferred
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills required
