Job Description
Serve as the primary liaison between the client (automotive OEM or Tier 1) and the company to manage and resolve quality issues at the customer's site. Ensure product quality, support problem-solving, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Monitor product quality and handle any quality-related issues at the customer site.
  • Investigate defects, coordinate containment actions, and provide root cause analysis.
  • Communicate daily with both the customer and internal teams regarding quality concerns and improvements.
  • Support quality audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
  • Provide on-site support during new product launches or engineering changes.
  • Prepare and submit quality reports and documentation.
