Job Description
EY is seeking a highly motivated On-Site Technology Support Services Professional to ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure in a remote or hybrid environment. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Microsoft Surface Hubs, Crestron devices, Microsoft Teams rooms, and other technologies. On-site technicians will provide hands-on support to customers, manage tickets, and contribute to a better working world. Requirements
2+ years of on-site technical support experience
Degree in a related discipline
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office365)
