The role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Microsoft Surface Hubs, Crestron devices, Microsoft Teams rooms, and other technologies. On-site technicians will provide hands-on support to customers, manage tickets, and contribute to a better working world. Requirements

  • 2+ years of on-site technical support experience
  • Degree in a related discipline
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office365)
