Requirements

  • Designing and implementing OnBase workflows, document types, and custom forms
  • Building workflow rules, actions, and queues to streamline business processes
  • Troubleshooting technical issues, performing upgrades, and ensuring system security (API, Active Directory)
  • Creating custom scripts or using API tools to meet specific business needs
  • Proven experience with OnBase configuration (Workflow, WorkView, Document Management)
  • Knowledge of SQL, scripting languages (e.g., C#), and API integration
  • Knowledge of enterprise content management principles and document lifecycle
  • Preferred Certifications in OnBase (e.g., OCP, OCA)
