Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Onboarding Coordinator to own and manage the driver onboarding experience end-to-end. This is a hands-on role requiring strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a structured, process-driven mindset.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in startups, operations, logistics, HR, or onboarding-related roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong process management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
