Role OverviewOnboarding Coordinators track and support hourly new hires for the first 60 days of employment, ensuring a complete introduction to the facility and their new job.
What You Will Do
Demonstrate hands-on training techniques, collaborate with HR and Operations, and develop positive working relationships between new hires, peers, and leaders.
