Role OverviewWe are seeking a bilingual Onboarding & HR Systems Specialist to provide backup support for employee onboarding while serving as a key resource for Paylocity and HR system-related needs.
What You Will Do
Provide backup coverage for the primary Onboarding Specialist, launch and monitor onboarding packets in Paylocity, review onboarding documentation, and troubleshoot issues related to Paylocity and HR systems.

Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable troubleshooting and learning HR and payroll systems, particularly Paylocity.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable handling confidential employee and payroll information.
- Able to work independently while recognizing when an issue requires escalation.
- Previous experience with HR, onboarding, payroll, recruiting, or HRIS systems is preferred.
