Role OverviewThe Onboarding Manager uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAAS/Cloud expertise to onboard customers to the Serrala Collections and Credit Management Cloud solutions. The role involves accompanying onboarding projects end-to-end, creating configuration documents, setting up and configuring the system, ensuring functional and technical tests, and handing over to the customer in Key-User trainings. The Onboarding Manager will act as an interface between Serrala departments, lead workshops at and with customers, and ensure high-quality project delivery.
What You Will Do
Core duties and responsibilities include implementing and onboarding customers to Serrala cloud Collections and Credit solutions, gathering business and technical requirements with customer stakeholders, configuring customer cloud tenants and solution settings, supporting interfaces, data exchange, and testing activities, creating and maintaining implementation documentation, delivering user training, and performing go-live and hypercare activities.
