Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, empathetic, and results-driven Onboarding Specialist to join our Account Management team. The Onboarding Specialist will guide new sellers through a seamless and efficient onboarding journey, accelerating time-to-value, building strong foundational relationships, and setting sellers up for long-term success on the Taager platform.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in onboarding, customer success, account management, or training
  • Proven track record of managing multiple clients/projects simultaneously with a high attention to detail
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and collaborate with technical teams when needed
  • Quick to learn new software platforms and experience with CRM systems, project management tools, and e-commerce platforms is a plus
