Job Description
The Onboarding Coordinator observes, trains, and coaches all new hires within their first 60 days, responsible for successful performance and goal achievement related to workplace safety, food safety/quality, and production requirements.

Requirements

  • 90% of time spent on the floor, 10% off the floor
  • Daily new hire check in forms
  • Weekly reports
  • Company people pillar check in
  • Knowledge of all duties of the specific department
  • Previous training experience preferred
  • Great attendance record and in good standing
