Job Description
The Onboarding Coordinator observes, trains, and coaches all new hires within their first 60 days, responsible for successful performance and goal achievement related to workplace safety, food safety/quality, and production requirements.

Requirements

  • Ensure safety is a condition, comply with, and enforce all safety directives
  • Manage the overall experience of new hires from day 1 to 60 days or when the new hire becomes qualified
  • Demonstrate hands on training techniques for new hires during the onboarding period
  • Administer and track all new hire floor training
  • Develop and promote positive working relationships with new hires, peers, and leaders
  • Meet with supervisors, Human Resources, and coordinators to review production processes and new hire performance
  • Fulfill key performance indicators: 30- and 60-day retention, minimum of 2 Safety Observations per week, 30-day GLINT survey, and other metrics as assigned
