Job Description
The Onboarding Specialist performs work to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources office as they relate to recruitment and retention functions, ensuring a positive and smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in a related field is required
  • Some progressively responsible work experience is required
  • Technical proficiency and troubleshooting abilities with HRIS, MS Office and ATS applications is desirable
  • Strong interpersonal and excellent written/verbal communication skills is desirable
  • Ability to work independently is required
