Role OverviewAs an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a vital role in welcoming new hires, guiding them through their first 60 days, and ensuring they have the tools and confidence to thrive in their roles.
What You Will Do
Ensure new hires meet all safety policies and expectations, manage the onboarding experience, provide hands-on training, track and evaluate training progress, and foster positive relationships between new hires and supervisors.
