Role OverviewServe as frontline leader overseeing onboarding program, helping new team members succeed from day one. Oversee onboarding process from hire through qualification, ensuring new team members receive training, support, and resources needed to become successful contributors to operations.
What You Will Do
Ensure new hires meet safety policies and expectations, track onboarding performance, spend time on production floor supporting new hires, monitor training progress, and drive successful onboarding outcomes.

Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1 or more years of previous supervisory experience with leadership skills of 20+ employees
- Poultry or food industry experience
- Effective communication both orally and in writing
- Capable of independent decision making
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
