Role OverviewPilgrim's is seeking an Onboarding Supervisor to manage the overall experience of new hires from day 1 to 60 days or until qualified. This role is based in Arcadia, Wisconsin, and involves spending 90% of time on the production floor with new hires.
What You Will Do
Administer, track, and evaluate all new hire floor training, including hours of training per week, qualification status, attendance, and turnover. Supervise and demonstrate hands-on training, develop positive working relationships, meet with supervisors and HR to review production processes, and fulfill key performance indicators such as 30- and 60-day retention and safety observations.
