Role OverviewThe Onboarding Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all safety policies and expectations are met by new hires, managing the overall experience of new hires, and administering floor training. They will work closely with supervisors, Human Resources, and coordinators to review production processes and product specifications.
What You Will Do
The Onboarding Supervisor will spend 90% of their time on the production floor with new hires, developing and promoting positive working relationships, and meeting key performance indicators such as 30 and 60 day retention and JSA completions.

Requirements
- High School Diploma/ GED
- Associates Degree or two years of college coursework in Communications, HR, or similar field
- Experience in lieu of degree will be considered
- Bilingual preferred but not required
- Previous training experience preferred
- Knowledgeable in all duties of the specific department
