Job Description
We are seeking an Oncology Account Manager to join our nationwide sales team. The successful candidate will have a competitive drive, exceptional sales ability, and experience in biotech/pharmaceutical sales. They will be responsible for developing and managing an assigned territory, providing patients with rare diseases with life-changing and potentially life-saving treatment options, and achieving sales targets and goals.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required, advanced degree is preferred
  • 5+ years biotech/pharmaceutical and/or Biologic/Specialty sales experience
  • Oncology or Hematology experience a plus
  • Proven success in product launch and track record of sales targets and goals
  • Expertise in account-based selling and managing complex sales processes
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a strong drive to succeed
  • Excellent communication, analytics, and decision-making skills
