Job Description
Job Title: Oncology Account Manager, Job Location: Detroit, MI, United States, Job Description: Manage an assigned territory, provide patients with rare diseases with life-changing and potentially life-saving treatment options, achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals, deliver current and comprehensive clinical brand presentations to physicians and other health care professionals, navigate complex external/customer organizational structures, develop strategic partnerships, engage accounts proactively to achieve access in line with established sales goals, join a nationwide sales team.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required, advanced degree is preferred
  • 5+ years biotech/pharmaceutical and/or Biologic/Specialty sales experience
  • Oncology or Hematology experience a plus
  • Proven success in product launch and track record of sales targets and goals
  • Expertise in account-based selling and managing complex sales processes
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a strong drive to succeed
  • Excellent communication, analytics, and decision-making skills
