Role OverviewJoin Inova outpatient Oncology - Fairfax as a dedicated Oncology Patient Specialist 2. This PRN role will work flexible shifts on multiple oncology clinics within the Inova Center for Personalized Health. A successful candidate will be flexible and available for mandatory training dates during the first 3 weeks.
What You Will Do
Provide excellent service by identifying internal/external customer needs and fulfilling their expectations. Counsel patients on financial liability, communicate effectively with various audiences, and perform assigned duties related to patient registration and scheduling.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of healthcare patient access experience/healthcare revenue cycle experience or 3 years of experience in an oncology medical office
