Role Overview

Lead a team of sales representatives to promote products to physicians, develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, and drive sales objectives to meet corporate forecast.

What You Will Do

Motivate and manage sales representatives, identify and monitor market conditions, develop product and competitor knowledge, and collaborate with leadership and commercial operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree - Advanced Degree Preferred
  • 7+ Years of Pharmaceutical / Healthcare industry experience
  • Experience in the Oncology marketplace required
  • 2+ Years of regional Oncology field management experience
  • Excellent organizational skills, especially in project planning, project implementation, and cross-functional team management
  • Ability to hire, lead, coach & mentor high performing teams
  • Ability to meet travel demands – 70% time in the field, other travel may be required
