Role Overview

Lead a team of sales representatives to promote products to targeted physicians, develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, and drive sales objectives to meet and exceed corporate forecast.

What You Will Do

Motivate, manage, and develop the skill sets and overall performance of sales representatives, identify and monitor local market conditions, and collaborate with leadership and commercial operations to execute marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree - Advanced Degree Preferred
  • 7+ Years of Pharmaceutical / Healthcare industry experience
  • Experience in the Oncology marketplace required
  • 2+ Years of regional Oncology field management experience
  • Excellent organizational skills, especially in project planning, project implementation, and cross-functional team management
  • Ability to hire, lead, coach & mentor high performing teams
  • Ability to meet travel demands – 70% time in the field, other travel may be required
