Oncology Research Specialist

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or specialized training equivalent
• Minimum two years experience in area of focus
• Certification or proven proficiency in area of focus or required technology
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external staff and customers
• Excellent organizational/project management skills
• Highly organized and self-motivated with effective problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and be flexible when priorities change
• Ability to make appropriate-level decisions independently
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects under pressure
• Experience handling confidential information
• Sensitivity and skill in managing relationships with customers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PCs, Internet, printers, telephone, fax, scan and copy machines
• Knowledge of health care industry (preferred)
