Job Description
The Online Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for processing online order fulfillment and training of Team Members on the online order fulfillment process and accuracy. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction by fulfilling orders within specific timeframes and working collaboratively with Store Leadership and Corporate Partners.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Ability to be certified to operate a forklift and other material handling devices
  • 2 years of retail e-commerce, logistics, or warehouse experience
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
